I don’t know which way is up
I’m lost inside a cloud
Storms of passion rolling in
Waves rise above the ground
Walls and walls and walls surround
And darkness closes in
Fighting currents pulling hard
Strokes of desperation abound
Weights fall from above
Raindrops pounding on my head
Look to the sky for light to break
Shattered thoughts fill it instead
A dream, a haze, a waking moment
Colors flooding through my brain
The only conscious thought I grip to:
I must go down to rise again
